Every time I decide to stick with writing my blog, life gets in the way and I end up falling off the wagon again.
In honour of this restart, I decided to post my favourite treadmill video that has the same title as this post! I've dreamed of doing this on a treadmill but since I'm still working on running longer than an hour on it, I figured I'd leave it to the pros.
I have a big change coming up in February. I'm going to start the Whole 30. I've been reading the book It Starts With Food and researching and pinning recipes so that I can't screw it up. The more prepared I am, the less likely I am to cheat or eat something accidentally.
Most people started their Whole 30 in January, but we had lots of birthdays, family get togethers and too many other opportunities to eat poorly. I decided that in order to avoid the temptation and risk ruining my attempt at restarting my eating, I'd start in February which means I have to go a bit into March.
I'll explain the reasons why I'm doing it in another post. I also have to share how my fitness is going, as well as some crafts that I have done. I'm also hoping to update my blog in the next little while too! While I haven't outgrown the idea of Smiles 'n' Snuggles, I think it's time for a change.
