I'm joining a running club tomorrow.
They're called the Nomads and I see them at a lot of the local races (like the Bread and Honey Race I did on Sunday).
One of the mothers at the school I teach at is a part of the Nomads and she said that joining would probably be one of the best things for my running.
They train at the high school track around the corner every Wednesday where they do speed work, something I'm lacking in my training but don't really know where to begin.
I'm nervous about going tomorrow, but I'm hoping to make some new running friends, possibly a fancy singlet and get my sub 30 5K time!
