J isn't a horrible eater but there definitely is room for improvement.
He eats most of the foods we eat, but he's pretty good at avoiding vegetables. He's even eaten Shepard's Pie and managed to eat around the peas and corn that were intertwined with the potatoes and ground beef.
While I was searching for ways to integrate more vegetables into foods that he might like, I came across these muffins titled "Toddler Muffins" for a very good reason.
Once these were done, my house smelled amazing and J ate them up!
Here's the recipe.
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar (or to taste
2 large bananas, mashed
J gobbling up a muffin.
I'm glad I found these. Some weeks J just won't eat any veggies and these will definitely come in handy.
On another note, I need to learn to take better pictures of food and crafts. Any sites you know of that can help?
